This has worked perfectly for the past three years and then in the last couple of days it is showing the error of failed to login to nest.
Is this to do with google shifting away from works with nest to works with google? Is there any solution?

Re: Raspberry Pi
I've not tried it with 0.5b but the previous comment was
Perhaps a jiffy is a little over 16 months?Ahhh ok. I forgot that EG 0.b pulls packaged from a python installation and I have Enum installed in mine. I will have it fixed up in a jiffy.

WIFI Sockets
Hi
Any recommendation of wifi enabled sockets (UK) that work with both alexa and eventghost?
I have a TP link one at the moment but see there is problems developing for eventghost.
Any suggestions?
thank

Re: Nest Thermostat plug-in
That's excellent, thanks.
It seems to be reading the days on the right day as well.
This should let me turn the heating back on just as its needed rather than just at some point in the morning.

Re: Nest Thermostat plug-in
For me, just reading it would allow me the control im after. Other people do the writing via the nest website and I dont want to be changing that process for now at least. I recon this plugin has already saved us a fair few pounds as the building has dropped below 9 degrees a few times this year alr...

Re: Nest Thermostat plug-in
Hi Thanks for looking at this. The nest im connecting to also has software 5.6-7 which was the one released a couple of weeks ago. Out of interest, is the option to read the schedule working for you? When I try it reads in the first one, then for any other days it just sends the same output. I've fo...

Re: Nest Thermostat plug-in
I would hate for you to go to prison because of this... but... We have just put the nest in a 150 year old church and some of its abilities are lacking at best. The building is often below 9 degrees which is the minimum the schedule allows. The heating shouldnt come on unless it reaches the fr...

Re: Nest Thermostat plug-in
I know this is an ancient thread, but the plugin seems to still (mostly) work.
I could do with being able to switch into eco mode rather than just heat/off. Is there anyway to do this or is it simple to add this in?
As far as I know its a fairly new mode?

Re: Amazon Echo Skill EchoToEventGhost
All seems to be working well now. thanks! If its of any use to anyone, this is the code im using (im not a programmer so there is sure to be a much neater way to do this). It works via a csv file that has two columns, this compares words received with a list of keywords. For example if you were to s...

Re: Amazon Echo Skill EchoToEventGhost
Yes, Ive got all the ticks.
I think the issue is getting the response from EG back to the echo.
Am I right in thinking the {{bb_response}} in the index.html file is the response? so if I populate that variable in EG is should get back to the echo?

Re: RaZberry: a full featured Z-Wave Home Controller
Thanks! working again. After the raZberry upgrade I redid all the bits, but this time it needed raspbian updating, quick update of that and all is working once more.
That software showed nothing was coming in.
thanks again.
