Re: Is Connected
I was having a similar issue. Using with a vizio tv to see if it was on or not. The thing that seemed to make it work was bumping up the 'How long to check' parameter. I am not sure what is optimal but I think I just set it at 2 seconds and it seemed to be rock solid.

Re: MCE Remote Plugin error and stopped logging after upgrade to Windows 10
I'm a little confused also about how you hooked up one blaster to two PCs. Every IR receiver I have seen only has one usb cord. Does yours have two USB cords or are you using the small headphone jack like output on the IR receiver to connect one IR receiver to two machines? I hate to speak for othe...

TivoNetwork Plugin
Allows controlling Tivo over the network. I doubt there are many users of EG that use it with a Tivo - and if so have a need for a plugin like this. My use case: I started with Tivo back in 2000 and now my hand and mind are now (de)formed around a peanut remote. I briefly stopped (4 yrs?) using Tivo...

Re: For the diehard EG'rs
Thanks, that sounds about right - figured it was no slam dunk. I also seeing you guys talk about a python based project home-assistant in another thread http://eventghost.net/forum/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=9765&hilit=home+assistant#p47398 that already runs on a pi. Assuming it runs as fast as EG, I may j...

Re: For the diehard EG'rs
Either sounds good - even without a UI - we can develop the setup / config on windows. Doesn't anyone else have a desire to deploy EG on cheap hardware? Perhaps I'm the only one?
But, it could be that either is trek down a long road of pain...

Re: PushBullet plugin (Pako)
Great work Pako I had no output either - perhaps they may be seeing similar issues as I saw: running version = "0.2.18" def connectivity(self): c = pycurl.Curl() c.setopt(pycurl.URL, 'http://www.google.com') c.setopt(pycurl.CONNECTTIMEOUT, 5) c.setopt(pycurl.TIMEOUT, 5) if self.proxy[0]: c.setopt(py...

Re: eventghost registration not working
FYI:
I couldn't get a registration email sent to two different hotmail accounts (tried spam folders)
At least it worked on gmail
