Tool Share, Check for running process from EG

When I get to my desk at work, I have EG boot up certain software. I don't want this to happen if 1. I'm at home. 2. Software is already running. The 'Already running' bit gave me trouble since I couldn't get Psutil to work from inside EG, so i thought I'd share my answer! Below macro checks for pre...

Re: Could someone make Desktop Remote fullly transparent?

I've thought about EG on Android alot, and at the end of the day, it really just makes sense to use Taskers "scene" editor with autoremote buttons to Eventghost. but also I can't wait to replace it with the Omega thing honestly.

Re: Tool Share: Finally cracked it! Create Macros from templates with variables and clipboard importing!

So given that it would probably be a huge project and largely a waste of effort, is there anyway to reverse "copy as python" and convert the python back to xml? just curious, not something I actually need to do. I know i could build a case by case interpreter but hoping there is another hidden gem l...

Re: Chrome Extension - Browser Events

Actually i thought it through a little bit, All that would mean would be the ablity to change the tab.
If i wanted to simplify it even more, Just retrieving the order of tabs would be enough to do it.
EG already has the send keystroke bits.

Yeah nvm I'll just stay tuned haha.

Re: Chrome Extension - Browser Events

Yeah it would be REALLY cool to be able to eat and spit tabs that have been idle or something. I use the "great suspender" tab to kinda manage, but just isn't... right, I'd much rather be able to play with it in EG. Would be really cool to get the virtual desktops plugin working and be able to targe...

Re: Tool Share: Finally cracked it! Create Macros from templates with variables and clipboard importing!

So this is what I ended up with for today. it works GREAT. I went with input name, than trigger second input for IP, keep it easy until I build a better input I need to redo alot of it but i have the pieces i need. like the log destination (in mine it goes to {eg.globals.logdir}+"pinglong.txt" <?xml...
