Re: Questions for new setup to use with Kodi, Harmony, WMC
I did install v5 and got tons (multiple pages streaming by) of red lined errors. I didnt capture it and just uninstalled - v4 didnt throw any of the errors. One thing I noticed (separate from above errors) and would love to see as a feature: when using my old v4 config file with v5 is that 2 plugins...

Questions for new setup to use with Kodi, Harmony, WMC
Its been 2 years since I used EG but I find I may need it again so I have a few questions... (1) v5 stable enough to use for basic stuff? I just want to control WMC and Kodi (start/kill, min/max windows) plus reboot PC on occasion. (2) will EG log Harmony Smart (Hub) commands? I use Kodi & WMC on th...

Integration with Harmony Hub (aka Smart Remote Control)?
Any way to capture Harmony Hub status/actions into EG -- not using IR, using TCP or Bluetooth? I don't need control, just want to monitor the Activities and maybe button presses (Play, Pause, etc)
thx!
thx!

Re: Denon & Marantz Network Control Plugin
Has anyone updated this Plugin to receive status updates from the AVR? I started working on that and adding zone2, zone3 controls too. Like Nut's said, marantz avr's can only have one open connection. So events would likely have to be set up through a polling thread. Yeah, I figured that out too......

Re: DeviceRemoved & deviceAttached twice in a row, hoses Mac
I think you could also do it without a python script. Notionally, something like this: <My Macro> Event/Trigger Disable <My Macro> Perform desired actions Wait some amount of time for duplicate events to finish (if necessary) Enable <My Macro> good call! thanks for the help... I had one of those "d...

Pako, any chance you could make this into an Eventghost built-in Action or a plugin?

DeviceRemoved & deviceAttached twice in a row, hoses Macro
I have a new Denon X4300H and just installed the plugin. It does not seem to log any events as "Denon" but I do get this... 20:28:30 System.DeviceRemoved [u'\\\\?\\DISPLAY#DON004E#4&534573d&1&UID50737920#{e6f07b5f-ee97-4a90-b076-33f57bf4eaa7}'] 20:28:30 System.DeviceAttached [u'\\\\?\\DISPLAY#DON004...

Re: Logitech Harmony Smart Control ... interesting possibili
I've been trying to get thing to work... and it does for a bit but usually a day or so later the bluetooth will stop communicating with my laptop and I must re-pair. BTW, the laptop does show the pair, and shows connected but it seems the Logitech is not sending or something. Anyone else have this i...

Re: Tornado (webserver with WebSocket)
Pako and community... While this is very cool, many of us have a multi-faceted home theater and home automation. And every app seems to have its own web UI - which makes things very disjointed. I'm not a fan of customer building everything from scratch, it has bit me too many times when apps change ...
