NamedPipe errors / maximum recursion depth exceeded

Also known as: RuntimeError: maximum recursion depth exceeded while calling a Python object I think this may have started with K's Cli.py that he provided to me but i'm not sure. I've gotten this error now the past 2 days, not really sure what causes it: This is just a snippet because the error log...

Re: Z-Wave

Just doing what I can to help you iron out the kinks. I'll see if I can find some royalty-free icons. you mean static icons tho right? Not animated ones. edit: found no irrigation icons, ergo any icon set i find will be insufficient, so can't help you there. when updating plugin, is it safe to...

Re: Z-Wave

the aeotec UZB driver has been installed and the network is initializing in EG. However, I need some clarification. 1. is "add node" and "remove node" the equivalent of "add device" and "remove device" as written in the Aeotec device manuals? 2. Should the zstick blink blue>yellow>red when the netwo...

Re: Toggle the EG window (show/hide) ?

No what I mean is if I toggle back and forth repeatedly in quick succession, the window won't show anymore, and I have to click on some other window (or select the taskbar with the mouse) for the toggle function to "kick in" again. I think it MIGHT be a GUI bug in Win7 tho as it seems I have it with...

Re: Toggle the EG window (show/hide) ?

i am assuming this YAYYYYYYYYYYYY :D means it works. I can't toggle back and forth actually (which isn't really needed in a real scenario, but while testing it, it poops out if i toggle the window repeatedly), but at least it shows the window if it hasn't been active for a while. so yes, it works. ...

I think i may still mess around with it. I run at 5760x1280 for resolution so 16x16 icons are a weee bit small for my liking. I know there is also the windows dpi thing but i do not believe the version of wxPython we are running is all that friendly with the high dpi stuff.

Re: Toggle the EG window (show/hide) ?

Doah! That's my goof. It's not a biggie. I will get a new file to ya in an hour when I get home. I must have grabbed the Client.py from a version I had been working on. Didn't know I had actually done any modifications to my installed version. I must have at some point. Sorry about that. If you go ...

Re: GUI request: new (royalty-free) icons

I can do any size you want. Just remember that the memory footprint of EG is going to grow the larger the icons. What I can do is set EG so it will grab the icons determine the size and set the GUI I can add in dynamic sizing based on the size of the GUI. I have gotten much better at python since I...
