Re: [System.Idle] event is not working under certain conditi

i actually haven't experienced this bug lately, as far as I can tell. I know I have a few apps running in elevated mode and as of right now I have one idle timer in EG which closes an app after 2 hours idle, and thus far it has always closed that app. There has been some improvements, just to recap...

Re: [System.Idle] event is not working under certain conditi

yes, this happens even when you run a program on its own, i.e. that hasn't been launched by EG, and this behavior is there for any program as long as you run it in elevated mode. This problem is still there even with EG 0.5 RC2, here's an easy way to reproduce this odd behavior, just open notepad i...

Re: Installing home automation for a living

Thanks for all the info KG! and thanks for the kind words zian :) I've been busy with the internship for 3 weeks now but have not done much manual labor yet, I've been designated to the office/showroom and have been configuring and learning about home automation network setups (and cable mapping). I...

Re: Dividers/headlines in the Tree view

I have been working on a threaded version of the macros running. And I have been trying to think of a way to organize the actual log. And you have me an idea using the fold panel bar. But the fold panel bar could also be used to do the base elements of the tree. I have not figured out how to put a ...

Installing home automation for a living

I have been given an internship at a company that installs home automation for people. I think it will entail running cables and setting up the software(s). Hopefully it is as amazing as it sounds! And hopefully I will get tenure.... My question is, does anyone have any "insider" clues/tip...

Re: SchedulGhost

According to the schedule manager, that timer supposedly ran 53 minutes ago but the actual macro did not run. This is using topix's bugfixed version. ok i will let him know. any way you would be able to provide a copy of your tree and also a copy of the scheduleghost.xml file in your %appdata%\even...

Re: SchedulGhost

I have some weird problem where a timer doesn't fire. I had one timer that didn't work (it would seem to run very seldom), and I tried deleting it and making a new timer, which doesn't work either. I have like 15 timers and 1 of them doesn't work even tho I duplicated a working timer and just change...

Re: NFC readers for EG

now here would be a really interesting thing to do... if you use the FIND application (android only) coupled with something like tasker and your phone has NFC abilities. you can have tasker send over to EG that the tag has been used and depending on what room you are in it could perform specific ac...

Well my fire has been put out, so no worries as of now. However I would like to know when the next EG is ETA?
