If you maximize a window, then I believe windows will remember that each time you open it so, you can open your reader program, maximize it, then close and reopen it to confirm this behavior. From here create a macro where you use the action of task activated ice book reader (Just as an example) starts your desired music player. The event can be the ice book reader starting, and the action can be to run your desired music player. Does that make sense?
