System.SessionUnlock and System.SessionLock events missing / never happens

Post by GTMoraes » Wed Jun 10, 2020 9:15 am

Hi. I'm currently on the latest Eventghost, 0.5.0-rc6, and I'm on Windows 10 2004, latest updates.

When I lock or unlock the computer, there's no registered event on Eventghost. I've tried running it as admin and as a non-admin, to no avail.
Do I need to install any third-party plugin for this? If so, could someone please lead me to it?

Thanks

There would be no events for "locking" and "unlocking" your PC. You would have to log out and log in. locking and unlocking does not end the session. Let me take a look at the Windows API and see if there is anything for locking and unlocking.

well this is from the Windows API documentation.
There is no function you can call to determine whether the workstation is locked
