Thanks for your offer, but I really think its a problem with the PID/VID of the device that seems to have been customized by the retailer to work with his tv box systems. Unless I can find a way to reset the pid/vid / firmware of the device I dont think I can use it - and as mentioned tools to do that dont detect the device.

what is the hardware ID for the receiver??

i want to check and see if it is what it's supposed to be

ok what version of the tira do you have also?

and have you tried the ftdi drivers??

that is the most recent for windows 10

if you have the tira-4, and i do not know if it is even out yet.

then there is a possibility it could be this driver
