Actually it should work if you simply type a "+" into the textbox.
But I guess, you already have tried. So the next try would be to use:
{OEMPLUS}
{OEMMINUS}
{OEMCOMMA}
{OEMPERIOD}

I am working on Beyond TV, and trying to get my remote to work with my USBURIT, and this great little program EventGhost. Is there any way to send key strokes for (comma , ) & (period . ) & (+) & (-) ??
The comma, and period are the keyboard shortcuts in beyond TV for skip forward 30 ...
