Is there any chance you've got the rest working as well ? "Stateless" play/pause is not working... i assume because the player state is unknown ?

or use autoremote and the chome extension fallback. This works without having port 80 open from the outside.
Although i still don't understand the technical reason why it works with the chrome extension... but not with the EG plugin itself.

If you are using Chrome as fallback in addition to the EG AutoRemote plugin you can almost always get messages. Can't remember the last one I missed.

With xbmc eden the eventghost event receiver plugin worked a treat, i have noticed with frodo that it does not any more, i have tried using the xbmc2 plugin to receive events from xbmc but in order for it to receive events from my xbmc machine eventghost needs to be loaded after my xbmc ...

There's something else... and i'm not quite sure if it has to do with the recent Change/fix:
When i stop (and maybe start) XBMC... i get tons auf Messages about XBMC2.player.stop or XBMC2.onquit (or similar). Causing a very high CPU load for quite a few seconds.

Today i had the need to finally implement something that autosaves my current running eventghost configuration and also copies it away in case i need it later.

The satori project sounds very promising..... but like it has been said in another thread.... if it's not quite stable and most of the needed plugins (PS3 remote anyone ?? :-) ) have been ported... most people will not migrate to satori. It's a hard time for a new project to grow up in an alpha ...
