Yep they are both on the same system. For some reason I was not able to get emails at the same time. I had rebooted the computer a few times and also tried without firewall running to no avail. However after one of the multiple restarts it all started working again. Damn Computers :shock: :twisted ...

Pardon My Lack of knowledge. (doing a search now) Ho do I use telnet to do this? I know how to open it up from a command prompt but what command do I put in so that it only looks at that port? The way I am doing it now ir brings up a heap of them.

Are you sure you have enabled zoom player's TCP control interface?
You can find the settings in zoom player 5.x: right click -> options (make sure you are in advanced mode) -> System -> Enable External TCP Control (port) XXXX
Make sure you got the matching TCP port set up in both zoom player and ...

EventGhost and Zoomplayer
G'day folks. Trying to use EventGhost and Zoomplayer together with a Firefly remote. It will start up ZP but that is as far as it goes. Any time I press a button on the remote EG receives the command but then comes up with an error message in the log. It says
