I have tried what this, the information sent by the device is hexedecimal and finishes with \xFF.
So I indicated this character as terminator.

This creats an bug:

Sorry but as indicated in my last post, I am able to send data "SERIAL PORT : WRITE DATA" is working OK

I have issues with reading data on serial port either using the "SERIAL PORT : READ DATA" action or expecting an event.

I tried, the second transmit action does not seems to work as the camera green light does not blink

The loop is now running but the second code

does not talk to the camera

It is also takes 4 sec to be stopped.

I can set the preset on my camera (9), but I need to move it so I can reach the good position.

I have already an hardware system with serial communiciation but I want to try IR, so I do not need to install cabling each time I work on a event.

Should I escalate the issue to USB-UIRT ? What do you recommand ?

I will stay stupid about IR signal but it is not an issue for the time being. (My camera is Canon VC-C50)
