Emulate Keystrokes not working

Hi,

I have this setup:

The bat file is actually just to execute an MP4 file. This will open VLC and the video will start playing. Then I need it to press F, so the video goes fullscreen.

Its not working. I also tried double left click, didn't work either. I tried windows ...
