EventGhost task from command line, error codes available?

Hi,

I am using EventGhost to send some PushBullet .JPG files to my phone in the event that motion is detected on one of my security cameras while I am away. I am wondering if there are any error codes written to a variable or something that I can intercept in a batch file to re-try the send if ...

Re: PushBullet plugin to send a .JPG file from command line?

Thanks, Pako. I ended up doing something similar, I am having EventGhost watch for a program to be executed, and when it is executed am running my task. I am just using the DOS mode command as my trigger, and have renamed it to different names based on what I'm wanting to run. It just pops up ...

Re: Eventghsot command line options to generate event

I don't suppose anyone ever figured anything more out on this? I'm in the same boat, EventGhost locks up if BlueIris is the one that called the batch file, it's the damnedest thing. I see the work-around listed in this thread, looks like I might need to go that route.

EventGhost locking up when BlueIris calls it

Hi,

I am trying to use EventGhost with the PushBullet plugin to send a push when a camera detects motion in the BlueIris software. I seem to have hit a snag, though. BlueIris has to call the batch file that calls EventGhost with the command line parameters to send the PushBullet, but if BlueIris ...

Re: PushBullet plugin to send a .JPG file from command line?

I've determined that EventGhost hangs if it is in a batch file that is called from Blue Iris, but not otherwise. If the batch file window is hung and I go into Task Manager and kill the EventGhost task, the batch file then continues on. So, any idea how the fact that BlueIris started the batch file ...

Re: PushBullet plugin to send a .JPG file from command line?

I got all of this working, thanks. I have run into a very weird problem, though, and thought I'd ask if anyone has any ideas. What I am doing is sending a push to my phone when motion is detected by Blue Iris software. I have written the batch file, written the code in Tasker on the Android side ...

PushBullet plugin to send a .JPG file from command line?

Hi,
I am new to EventGhost. I downloaded it because I need to be able to push .JPG images from the command line with PushBullet, but it doesn't seem very clear how to do it. I've installed EventGhost and the PushBullet plugin. I have the PlugIn installed in EventGhost. Could someone please give me ...
