Do you have skype installed?paulpoco wrote:Upgraded to Windows 10, webserver stopped loading.
Rolled back to Windows 7, webserver works.
If you do and use port 80 with webserver skype interferes on the portnumber. I changed to 8080 and all worked again.

Thank you for your inputs, got it to work.
Approached it another angel and got it to work.
Made a batch file with the cmd commands I wanted to run and then started the batch file as admin.
EDIT: Wrote it without looking at your link, that thread helped me get it working.

Re: Windows 10 and Eventghost on Startup
Yes and put a shortcut of your <name of your file.xml> in the autostart folder.
There is a setting in eventghost to run it on startup but then for me it will load the example.xml config that's i located in the program folder.

Re: Windows 10 and Eventghost on Startup
Hi!
Im using windows 10.
What I did and its working for me is to change the standard program for "xml" files, the file you save your setup as, and chose eventghost as standard program. Then create a shortcut to that file and put in autostart folder.

PROBLEM SOLVED
Apparently it was Skype that interfered with port 80, changed the webserver port to 8080 and everything was fine again.

Re: Run cmd as admin
On windows 10 I can't get your to work. I have to use just {win} not {win+r} then I can get it to work.
On windows 7 it works as you had it.
I don't have any windows 8 VMs to test.
Sry, misstyped it, its was supposed to be win+s and I had to insert a time delay before the shit+ctrl+return event ...
