I am using EG 0.4.1.r1700 on Windows 8.1 64 bit. I am having trouble getting mouse "move relative" to work under the 64 bit Windows 8.1 and when I installed the same EG version on Windows 7 32 bit, it worked flawlessly but on 64 bit, it does not work at ...
