For last few days, i upgraded my windows 10 to 10240 build to last 1511, and again the problem appear, but here is the solution that work for me at the first try, as it was said before :

In devide manager, i had deleted ALL device with HID in the name, and reboot, simply as that, tada ...

As google trad, it will be "Input Devices service" in english, will note that, and try to find it in french, thanks

All is ok now, i am not sure of the final solution because lot of test, but as i remenber, i had resintalled eventghost without uninstall it before, and it seem to resolve the problem ( perhaps the reinstallation of the emulator service )
