- its working perfect with the old "Microsoft MCE Remote" plugin
- its working "ok" with media keys with the "Microsoft MCE Remote - Vista/Win7" plugin when it NEVER works with emulated ...

You should have a look at the mce plugin for that. Make sure you got the latest version of it here from the forums. The mce plugin should take care of intercepting the hid commands.
