HDMI CEC

I am trying to use HDMI-CEC and am lost from the start. I have event ghost 0.4.1.r1722 and running win 10. I just need to turn my displays off and on at certain times.

Looking to use event ghost to turn off and on Tv's using HDMI-CEC. Anyone ever work on that?
