Noob question - bear with me. I cant seem to get my reciever to get any sort of information translated to EG in windows 7 ultimate. The reciever is not branded in anyway, its USB.

EG actually sees it, I get five system.DeviceRemoved and System.DeviceAttached on unplugging and replugging and thereby ...

Yup . I can choose between two different devices under that plugin. Nothing works.

Ive reinstalled another version of EG but i still cant get the two missing plugins, the USB PC Remote Receiver and winUSB test device...

Ive ploughed around for info for 4 hours no without result.
Cant get eg to regognize any ir-commands!

I bought a cheap "wellton way" USB-reciever, its recognized by windows in device manager as
