I have exactly the same issue :
I use an Harmony one with the XBDRC 0.29 driver and a modded xbox reciever pluged on usb.
On the same PC, I have a partition with XP Pro SP3 and 7 (home premium official, no cracks)
On Xp it works great, but on 7, EG recieves sometime 2x commands.
