My guess is that the folder location is different on the X64 machine. I think there is some 32-bit wrapping going on, given EG is a 32-bit application. I think you can fix everything if you delete the USB-UIRT from the copied xml config, then add the USB-UIRT plugin on the new machine. I think that ...
