Maybe you know more about these programs than I do. I checked Zoom Player's events and it allows a program to be run on open and close. Can't find any feature in WMP for events and searching the net only shows stuff beyond my ability/knowledge. Sending a command line event doesn't work as you ...

So how would you tie those events into EG? I don't really see how I could have achieved the result I was looking for any other way.

eg

Loading MeediOS causes EG to close ZP, ZP's Desktop Remote, and or WMP, Disable the Gyration Media Server and load the MeediOS Desktop Remote. Playing a movie ...

I have one EG running a looped timer to check for Zoom Player, MeediOS, WMP, Desktop Remote, and Gyration Music server. Depending on which program is running it will turn on or off a LCD Display, load or unload a particular Desktop Remote, enable or disable Gyration Music Server etc. The other is ...

It would be excellent if you could code EventGhost to run more than one instance. I use it to control a HTPC and use timers to check for program statuses etc. The only way I can do this is to run more than one copy of EG.
