I have a RF remote which using the Generic HID plugin shows up as "HID: HOLTEK Wireless 2.4GHz Trackball Keyboard". EventGhost is able to detect all but two button presses with the setting "Use the device with index" not checked. To detect the other two I need to check "Use the device with Index ...

If it wasn't for Intelliremote working with it (and therefore it must be possible to get it to work!) I would have given up on it and bought a different remote.

It might also be useful for you to know that when using the Generic HID plugin the standard direction buttons (left, right, up, down) and media control buttons as well as the i and the Guide buttons are detected (but not DVD Menu, REC TV, Lve TV, My Music, My Pictures etc) by EventGhost but when ...
