Hi. I've got a Dell as well but it's a Studio XPS 16. When I go to Device Manager I can see 'ITECIR InfraRed Receiver (EC)'. I've uninstalled Win 7 updated driver and installed a Dell one as I found on many websites this one should work. When I open EventGhost and add Generic HID I can choose from 5 ...
