You can do a search on the internet for mc-wol.exe it is dos base, you can create a batch file and either run it from windows startup or from eventghost. http://www.matcode.com/wol.htm. see batch file below my batch file.

cd c:\wol
mc-wol 00:30:67:07:EA:DA
sleep 5
mc-wol 00:30:67:07:EA:DA ...
