Its solved, my regional settings were corrupted, now everything functions.

Disabling/enabling folders macros when closing app manually
If I close application by any other way,with mouse or keyboard and not with remote button, how do set Disabling/enabling of folders or macros?

This error happens on win7 x64 sp1 when I try:
-to use file--> options
-to use Show oSD
-to use Autorepat
-to use Find a window
