Re: New version 0.5.0-rc6 is out
@kgschlosser, there are broken parts in rc6 or rc5? Running rc5 right now - does rc6 fix anything other than the two items in the changelog? Thanks for all the help everyone!

Re: Webserver and WebSocket
What I like about the websocket interface is that I can send events back and forth and also pull variable values form the server into the web interface.

Re: Webserver and WebSocket
Pako this is fantastic - I modified it and have been using the websocket piece as the basis for realtime communication back and forth between EventGhost and the Website on mobile. I am using an iPhone with iOS, but with the new iOS 10 that was launched, the websocket connection doesn't work anymore ...

Re: Webserver
Pako and Krambriw, thanks so much for your help! I wanted to give you both an update; I have been studying the demo code that Pako put together, and have been learning more JS.. I got it working this morning! This really breaks open the possibilities, very cool stuff.

Re: Webserver
hey guys, im curious why is it useful to use their variables feature in webserver? I typically set variables directly as eg.globals.variablenames directly via Python scripts. I can call
these via the website anytime using {{eg.globals.variblenames}}. Is there something that I am missing out on?

Re: Insteon Plug-ins for ISY-26/99i and SmartLinc (with X10)
Hello!
I love using the function insteon plug-in where it registers events when insteon activity is detected on the network. However, the events are created only as "on/off", which works for motion, switches etc. but it only allows me to link two of the buttons on a 6/8 button keypadlinc device to ...
