Same issue here. It doesn't happen all the time, but at least 1/5 tries will cause the program to hang. I am using the HP MCE receiver and a LG remote. I am using the latest version 0.4.1.r1568 on Windows 7 x64 with the HP MCE USB IR adapter and can force multiple crashes on different events.
