I have had this same problem with Win7 64 bit with latest EG build and have found a workaround. I make all the blank Usb Uirt transmit macros I need and save them. Then go back into each to learn the code and save after each one succeeds. I manage to save 5 or 6 before it crashes.

I am using Win7 64bit and EG 0.4.1.r1582 and I have the same problem learning all remotes. I have success on the first learn and then crash there after. I can sometimes learn a second code if I wait 10 minutes or so (in the same session) and if I wait the same time and reopen EG, but not always. I ...

What I mean is a Graphical User Interface (GUI) that has images that can be clicked to activate an action.
Each image resembles a different remote button.
When a image is clicked on a EventGhost macro is activated.
In EventGhost I select a macro and then activate it.

I use EventGhost to control my home theatre equipment in place of all their remotes via the Tira2 and it does a great job but it would be even better if I could use a GUI that emulates a basic remote layout with the buttons linked to the macros I created for each remote.
