Re: Support for XBMC2 plugin (formerly XBMCRepeat)

Did you get the same error as the last one? or something else. There might be a different problem in the new one.
Actually, I do not know, I have lost the overview...repectivly I have never had it.

Try this the proper older test version that has seemed to work for others at least. Before you ...

Many thanks for the link, but that's to complicated for me, I do not even get EvenGhost running.

Thanks, miljbee,

It sounds extremely complicated and error prone...but...I am wondering how all the other guys do it, they must have the same problem...very strange.

Re: Support for XBMC2 plugin (formerly XBMCRepeat)

Biff and Supersevereid please try the attached version as it seems to work, I don't remember changing anything JSON-RPC related other then the config dialog. But something changed.
Edit: Oops, looks like I linked to an older test version without Frodo support, that's why it didn't work for Biff and ...

Re: Support for XBMC2 plugin (formerly XBMCRepeat)

Hmm, What OSD? as When I start playing a video there is no OSD to hide. I need a screenshot and/or better description, sorry.
Very strange, sorry, I am not able to provide a better explanation, hope the screen shot will help.

Hide / show OSD?

Is there a way I could always automatically hide the OSD when starting / unpause a video? So e.g. the video is opened (and paused), I press play and the OSD then shall disappear automatically.

Re: Fernbedienung vom Fernseher benutzen f├╝r Rechner m├Âglich

Ach, sieh an, vielen Dank, Owel,

Re: Action that changes plug ins / start / opens an EG Tree?

The beauty with EventGhost is that its so flexible so you can do a lot of things with it, but as a result everything is generic and the user needs to specifically tell EventGhost how stuff is going to work.
Yes, indeed, it seems to be able to do all you need to control a computer and its programs ...

Re: Action that changes plug ins / start / opens an EG Tree?

You need to use the events you get when a window gets in focus to activate/deactivate the folders containing the macros. Like "Task.Activated.foobar200" and "Task.Activated.XBMC".
OK, I understand...I hope, at least.

You can't just add a plugin and expect EventGhost to do what you want.
But it ...

Re: Action that changes plug ins / start / opens an EG Tree?

Then you can use "process watcher" or "task create/switch events" plugins to detect what "profiles" to activate automatically.
I added these two plug ins, but when I have foobar opened, its window is in front, XBMC is accessed by pressing the keys of the remote control.

The volume control buttons ...

Re: Shutoff / on a service?

Thanks, krambriw.

Don't make it too complicated,
OK, I will try to do so.

Great, it works.

I have two net.exe files on C:

This one (I use now):
C:\Windows\winsxs\x86_microsoft-windows-net-command-line-tool_31bf3856ad364e35_6.1.7600.16385_none_5208a7a3d3caa54c\net.exe

Re: Shutoff / on a service?

I hope so, this is the name: hidserv

C:\Windows\winsxs\amd64_hid-user.resources_31bf3856ad364e35_6.1.7600.16385_es-es_c162de87050a6649\hidserv.dll.mui

Re: Shutoff / on a service?

Ah, OK, thank you, krambriw,

That seems to be more convinient, it seems to be a window of EG, but how could I let automatically close / finish this hidserv (service) controlling input devices?
