Would it be possible to create a PC-based layout manager which could then export layouts to a Terremote-readable export.ter file?
I think, an open documentation of the format of this *.ter ...

I'm using the Pro. In the Event log i have
"Free Version. Macros delayed by one second".
And indeed, there is a delay in all actions.
