EventGhost

I'd like to send single special char keystrokes triggered by some linux-like key combinations.
For instance, with my Italian keyboard:
with AltGr + ' -> send `
with AltGr + ì -> send ~

when using the Emulate Keystrokes plugin i get this error:
SendKeys: Can't translate character '~' to key ...

i understand... i attach my current configuration.
Obviously closing the program manually works, but i'd like to avoid that...

I'm using EventGhost v0.4.1.r1640 with WinXP+SP2.
When i shutdown the system EventGhost refuses to close immediately, and the OS starts the timeout.

How can i prevent for this from happening?

I'd like to detect when the user is not at the keyboard.
Probably the best way is to check for no "Keyboard.*" and "Mouse.*" events within a time limit (e.g. 10 min)

I think inexperienced users will like an individual macro import/export feature in the EG GUI...

is there a plugin to monitor an http remote url for changes?
e.g.: the page has been updated since yesterday, etc.

i'd like to get events from these programs, if you have some suggestions please post it here:
- WinRAR, 7-zip (compression/extraction finished)
- TotalCommander (file copy/move finished)
- ImgBurn (burn process complete)
- filezilla (queue processed)
- jdownloader (a download is completed ...
