Post by Pako »

I just got a message that here is a new version (build 1486).
stottle - thank you very much!
It is very likely that not everything will be okay.
Please report problems in the appropriate forum section.

Is it also possible, to change the link of the "Downloads"-button to the new side?

That is being looked into. Bitmonster had the process automated for his system and the old site, which doesn't translate to the new site. So this is the best we can do for now.

I think he's asking why the new download is available from satori-project.com and not the downloads link on eventghost.net. Most people will just follow the download link and assume that is the most recent version and it isn't.

OK, I thought maybe that was what he meant. So then, what do you mean "by looking into it"?

All you need to do is let me know when there is a new version and I will upload it to http://eventghost.net/downloads/. Or I am also happy to give you the ftp info needed so that you can do it yourself.

I grabbed the EventGhost 0.3.7.r1486, Feb 19 2011 version from satori website and added it to http://eventghost.net/downloads/, but originally I missed this announcement because it was a new thread that I was not subscribed to, and I simply don't have the time to be looking over the forum every day in case there is something of interest going on.

Next time please pm me or something.

thanks

I meant that I'd made a post in the moderator forum that you apparently didn't see :D

Will do.

@Livin,
The new release has a bunch of plugins from the forums built into the package. I think if your setup is working there isn't a need to update, unless you want to help test it out.

One of the innovations I forgot.
It is now possible to use fixed font in the logger.
I think it is unnecessary to explain the reason.

(Screenshots I made ÔÇïÔÇïeven before release of the new version. Therefore, there is still version r1486.)
