Hello Pako,
The version of the PHX01RN plugin in v0.4.1.r1610 causes big problems.
I have a stable version in viewtopic.php?f=9&t=5927.
Thanks.

Is there a reason why the latest version of SchedulGhost (0.1.6) is not included in the installer?
It is still 0.1.5 ...

With the sound card routines largely broken in r1640, I think it's about time for a new version. Here are my contributions:

Pako, I saw you are about to release a new EventGhost version.
I would like you to include the this XBMC2 0.6.14 plugin version, unfortunately it's not as finished as I would like but it should be much better than the already included version in EventGhost.
I haven't been able to do any real development on the XBMC2 plugin for a long time, but including this version should make it easier on any users of the XBMC2 plugin.
Thanks for all you do Pako, I so wish I could be as productive as you are.

Dear Pako,
I would be happy if you could include the latest officials for
RFXtrx
SunTracker
Scheduler
TellStickDuo
They are all fresh updated and published in the first post of respective thread in the Plugin section
EDIT: Pako, earlier I did read somewhere that you plan to include some other libraries as requests and others. I think both yes and no. For sure they are extremly valuable to have when we are developing plugins and writing scripts, sometimes I wonder how we could live without them. However, one problem I have seen with them is that they sometimes are not "adopted" to fit very well with EventGhost.
Many of them are just blasting out exceptions, filling the EG log even though they will still continue to work in the next call. I have privately modified some of them and added my own control inside, pre-initiated variables etc just to avoid those extensive exception messages. In addition, I have also seen that sometimes additional try/except clauses helped.
To make things run 'clean' in my system I had for instance to make some small modifications to Tornado (iostream.py) and Requests (adapters.py)
Another library that could be of interest is the mosquitto
I guess it is always possible to override the site-packages by providing the library as a subset to the plugin itself but it could be that problems may be difficult to find if you not are aware of this.
We just need to be careful...

I can be wrong, or the eyes do not see.
However, two plugins are not included in the installation file (they are not in the repository).
These are RFXtrx and TellStickDuo. There in the repository are only "similar plugins" RFXcom_xPL and TellStick.
I do not know what's the difference. I do not have the ability to use any of them.
The installation file includes only those plugins that exist in the repository (and do not have noinclude flag).
Best regards, Pako

OK, I see
Thanks, Best regards, Walter
PS The older plugins RFXcom_xPL and TellStick are both for older devices, the RFXtrx and the TellStickDuo are for newer products
