I'm new to EventGhost. I'm trying to migrate from Girder. I'm using WinLirc with Serial Receiver. I've set up several remote controls in WinLirc. In Girder I can assign a combination of remote control buttons to execute single (or multiple) actions. However in EventGhost I can't find such functionallity. See the below example:
In the example, the monitor turns off if any of the "GoldStar" remote buttons are pressed. I want to create a combination of those three buttons to turn off the monitor. Is this possible in EventGhost?
I searched through the EventGhost documentation but I couldn't find similar case.

Have you looked at the evenghost actions/triggers/events?
enable exclusive? if long press? jump to? etc etc
and read read read repeat. play tweak break fix repeat.

The need for multiple presses is for example, if I have a remote control with very few buttons, all of them assigned to global hotkeys, and I want to add more functions by a button combination. I will be able to work around the situation but I wanted to know if this is possible directly.

I think I get it.
Not sure.
But with few buttons maybe you could have one button do 3 different things (or 100's) just depending on other conditions. Like what program/window is active. Just another example. The possibilities are darn near endless.

I would only do this if you have a very limited amount of buttons, but it should work. In your case, the first event (remote button pressed) will have to be unique (not associated with any other macros except macros associated with combinations), so when pressed it will not trigger any other macros. Also when the unique button is pressed it will then have to disable all macros associated with other buttons in the combination(s) for a period of time so they do not get triggered when a combination is being executed. EG will only run one macro at a time so there is not stop processing macro/action as there is in other programs which is why I'm suggesting using enable and disable.
