Cambridge Audio amplifiers

Hi,

I have wrote plugin to work with my Cambridge Audio 840A V2 amplifier.
Volume can changes by start/stop events and by enduring event.
Can anyone who understands Python take a look at the code and tell me if I'm doing anything wrong.

Hopefully it will be helpful as is for all you Cambridge Audio owners out there :)

0.1 - (29.10.09) initial
0.2 - (20.02.09) completely rewriting code for 'Volume Up until event end'/'Volume Down until event end' actions
new 'Toggle Mute' action
correct range for 'InputSelect' action
