Strange problem Trust RC-2400 (MCE Remote)

Hi!

Have a strange problem with above RC:
(Win XP SP3 w/ eHome-Drivers)

It works flawlessly with HIP, so it's neither the driver nor the RC itself.

If i enable only the MCE-Plugin i have to press a key on the RC like 30 times in worst case to report ONE event in EG.
Sometimes it behaves normally (press on RC -> event in EG), but mostly i have to hammer the keys to even get ONE event.
It doesn't matter if there is a bigger delay between keypresses or not

If i enable the HID-Plugin with this RC and disable MCE-Plugin i have TWO different events with each keypress, but alternating!
Wouldn't be a big problem, but the first event it gives is (i assume) a KEYDOWN event and the second the KEYUP. That means every
key i press is an auto-repeat, that SUCKS.


It looks like:

First click on RC gives this event:
HID.Button.1+13+4+15+128+32

Second click on RC gives this event:
HID.Button.1+13+132+15+128+32

Any idea what my problem is?

I could use HIP but i really prefer EG because it rules

Have you tried to set [x] Use raw Data as event name in HID plugin?

First click on RC gives this event:
HID.Button.1+13+4+15+128+32

Second click on RC gives this event:
HID.Button.1+13+132+15+128+32

This makes the so called "Toggle bit".
This is normal behavior for some protocols of remotes (for example RC-5 or RC-6).
The solution is easy. You simply assign to each macro both of the two variants of the event.
