CM23E receiver doesn't work

I am using this CM23E receiver

But it doesn' work in Eventghost 0.3.7 rev 1436

I am using it in Windows 7 x64. In the Windows remote test or in another program (X10Receiver.NET) the remote works fine only in eventghost not.

EventGhost Log:
Unable to establish COM dispatch!
Error starting plugin: X10 Remote
No X10 receiver found!

How Do I get the remote control to work??

And you have installed the correct driver (probably this one)?

yes, the right driver is installed. windows recognizes the signals from the remote control but eventghost not.

Unfortunately, I do not know it. I've never had any X10 devices seen at close range.
I was just trying to help, but now I can not more.
It should help someone who has experience with the X10.

After reinstall the driver it is not in the "human interfaces devices" list, now it is in the "usb controller" list as "X10 usb wireless tranceiver (acpi complicant"). is this ok?

I must start Eventghost as admin
