I have an MCE remote that I was using with event ghost. I accidentally deleted the file and application and am trying to create a new one. The issue I'm having is that now when I press buttons on the remote it doesn't show up as an event in the log so I can't assign the buttons to actions.
I'm sure I'm missing something simple but any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

MCE remote not logging events
Re: MCE remote not logging events
BTW, I'm running the latest version of EG (0.3.7.r1462) and I have Win 7 64 bit.
Re: MCE remote not logging events
Try start EG as administrator...
Re: MCE remote not logging events
I ended up needing to add the Keyboard pluggin. It still isn't very clean but it now does log the events from the remote. If I hit a button it will say:
Keyboard.LCtrl
Keyboard.LCtrl+M
Keyboard.M
I don't know why it doesn't just say Keyboard.LCtrl+M since that is what the button press apparently does.
One other strange thing is that sometimes it will add a +U00 to the end of the button press but other times it doesn't.
