EventGhost and 2 RF Remotes

So my brother and I both live in the same house. Last year I built a server to house all my digital media and we both run XBMC on our PC's in our bedrooms. We purchased two Snapstream Firefly remotes which work great. The only thing I didn't like about the Snapstream software is that if one of my kids is surfing the web or working on another program and don't have XBMC as the active program, you can't use the remote.

That's when I found EventGhost and it solved my problem. Now my kids can be surfing the web on my dual 22" monitors while I watch my movies on my 42" monitor. The only problem I have now is that when my brother is using his remote at the same time I'm using XBMC, my RF receiver is picking up the signal from his remote and changes what I'm watching.

The way Snapstream fixed this problem with their software is that you could lock each remote on a different channel to eliminate interference. I can't seem to find a setting on EventGhost to set a specific channel or frequency on my remote so it will be different from my brothers.

Does anyone know how I can fix this problem? I really don't want to go back to using Snapstreams software.

I have 2 ideas/suggestions.

The first is in the X10 plug in settings there is an active ID section (I'm not exactly sure what that setting does). But you might try changing those settings for fewer active IDs that still work with one remote. Add a second X10 plugin and set it up with different IDs then the first remote.
Like I said don't know if this will even work or what those IDs do and if they can be set at/from both sides re; in EG and at the remote.

The second suggestion also might not work depending on the signal sent from both remotes are similar or different.
Set up a second X10 remote plugin and in the plugin setting change the "Event prefix" (from X10 to X10II for example). After that you would need a nearly complete copy of your config tree but change every single remote event to set it to the second remotes "Event prefix".
Will that work?

Neither is a pretty/elegant solution...
but most of mine arn't.

Did you get yours to work? I have two RF Firefly remotes and I am considering whether I can do anything special with this.
