I wanted to remap music key to start another program and the picture key to close the current window (ALT F4 equivalent) for a MCE remote in Windows 7 Profession 64 bit SP1. I was able to do that but many of the other keys no longer work in either Windows Media Center or beyond TV. :cry: My guess is this is related to disabling HID. However, I have been unable to find where to configure this option.

Is there any way of restoring the keys that donÔÇÖt work without creating a macro for each one? Doe someone already have the set of macros for Win 7 media center and/or beyond TV?

I was able to find the Beyond TV and Media center keyboard commands and have ÔÇ£fixedÔÇØ a few of the keys with macros.

I also have a problem of missed input unless I hold down a key much longer than is required if
EventGhost isnÔÇÖt running.
