Since I am a person of many many questions I've decided to ask them here instead of a thread per question because I may use up all the space that this forum has, so bear with me as I may update this thread for every question I come up with. To my knowledge for every question I will ask I have searched for an answer but haven't found one that works, for all those who will ask me to search for an answer.
1.) I have, through Tasker and PushBullet on my phone, a simple script setup so that when I place my phone on the wireless charger EventGhost welcomes me home (going to make it turn on the screens, log me in if I'm logged out, ect.), and this question is is it possible to make it run the action once and then not again for a set amount of time, or if it gets reset by me turning on a security system, ect.?
2.) When I get new emails would it be possible for EventGhost to show their titles on the screen for a few seconds, and if so how?
3.) Is there a display video function, or something similar as there is a Display Image action, or would I have to direct EG to open the video in VLC or similar?
4.) If I have to open the video in VLC, are there variables to make the video full screen?
5.) Similar to the emails question, but notifications from G+, etc. to display when I get them?
6.) Is it possible for EventGhost to react to windows alarms going off (ex. an alarm in the Windows 8 alarm app goes off, can EventGhost react to it?)
7.) Would it be possible to make EventGhost auto set alarms for me based off a schedule I give it (ex. It asks me every Friday what next weeks work schedule is and then sets alarms for each day an hour before my shift starts so that I'm not late to work)?
That's it for now. I hope no one is badgered by my questions, and I am sorry if these are repeat questions, but as I've said before I only have posted questions that I could not find answers to. I'm fairly new to EG even though I've known about it for a while because I've been too busy to try to work much with it. Thank you for your patience with me

Sure, depending on stuff. I have the mail program that checks the mail run EventGhost with the "-event" option, when a new mail arrives. That creates an event in EventGhost that executes a macro with ShowOSD action.

Sorry I been off the forum for a bit and just saw your reply. Could you possibly explain? Also with EG reacting to windows 8.1 app alarm, would it be possible to have EG set one based on the contents of a push from PushBullet?
(Thinking about how not to be late for work all the time- automatically setting alarms on my pc from my phone when the new schedule comes out)

There is a PushBullet plugin, don't know what it can do as I haven't used it.

I use this often, and it can read the contents of a Push and use it to do things. The thing I need for this to work, however, is to know how to make EventGhost set an alarm on my computer, whether it's in the Windows 8.1 Alarm app or from an alarm plugin
