Great program! Easy integration
Just want to say great program. I have a screen designer (http://www.eHomeCreations.com) and I added Event Ghost support in under an hour. Now thats COOL! Now to figure out how to write an plugin!

Just looked at your site for a pair of seconds, but you have nice screens. In what language is it written?

I see. I'm always looking for some project, that gives a nice GUI for remote controlled and touchscreen handling. Something that is just a menu system with file/media browsers, but without any players or other hard-wired features.

There are 2 parts to my eHome software.
1 - built in programs - kitchen, office, players Internet, games.
2 - Screen designer that supports Powerhome and now EventGhost.
You can turn menu options on or off for the main menu.
So you could skip my built in players and now with EventGhost, run external players.
Here is a good overview of what it does.

Very impressive!
From the looks of it all you need is the EG webserver plugin and a WYSIWYG HTML editor.
Keep in mind EG network functions as they become key and king as you grow. Well thought out you can have control over just about anything from anywhere.

Well, I am revisiting Event Ghost for my new version. What does the EG webserver plugin do exactly? I have searched the wiki but can't really find a clear explanation.CollinR wrote:Very impressive!

Ah, thank you. A picture is worth a 1000 words!
Although now in looking at it. I think the web server is not the way I want to go. I have a screen designer (This is a sample screen http://www.ehomecreations.com/images/Sc ... 480-HA.jpg) While you can call EG from it I think it might be time to have EG be able to post values directly to it. So... A plugin might be what I am thinking about.
