I played (a long time ago) around with the existing Plugin for Microsoft Remotes. I also own the MS Remote Keyboard and I wondered it also works with Eventghost except one little missing Button. So you can add
0x7b96: "Messenger", into the file __init__.py in the folder ..\plugins\MceRemote.
I also own X10 Remote and wondered about the different naming convention between DVD_Menu (MCE) and DVDMenu (X10) which should have the same functionality.
So if interested, you can add/change these lines and support one additional hardware.
