i have 2 remotes. x10 medion rf remote witch doesn't work at all. i have tried plugin x10 and no result. installed drivers from event ghosts downloads page and still nothing. my second one is from a tv tuner twinchan 1022a. usb receiver emulating mouse and keyboard. i can't get it working with eg with hid plugin. it doesn't recognise it.
i prefer medion remote becouse it has more buttons and doesn't emulate keyboard.
i have tried fresh install of windows xp and newest rc of eg and stable version.
is there a way to disable keyboard emulation on those usb receivers and somehow receive signals from remote ?

You could try your Medion X10 remote with Intelliremote. I am not trying to sell you on it just that way you could tell whether it is an X10 driver problem or an EG problem. Intelliremote will tell you if you have the proper X10 DLL in your path and if your remote is receiving events.
