It should now go back to black.

I've added some code to restart the USB-UIRT driver if an USB-UIRT is re-attached. But it doesn't check the instance, so it might break if someone uses more than one USB-UIRT. I currently have no idea, how I can get the instance identifier of the particular USB-UIRT device (without manually removing it).

I was wondering if the behaviour of EG with the USBUIRT has been fixed wrt the red text, I also very often get Bartman's observations of red text errors when the USB-UIRT is disconnected. I need to figue out WHY it's disconnecting, but it'd be nice if EG recognized when it came back.
When the USB UIRT is not connected the plugin goes into error state.
If I pugin in the device and try to restart the plugin it is still not activated.
If i disable and enable it is still not activated (Im pretty sure it worked before)
However if i enter the Configure Dialog and change one option the plugin recovers.
