Just as an FIY, I had this identical problem. And the solution was to add a timer of 30 secs, but also I had to plug my firefly receiver directly into a usb 1.0 port. I went into my bios and changed the settings to autodetect the speed of a connected device, and that did the trick.

) I'll check out the BIOS trick.PS: If you have any problems with lag between hitting buttons, let me know. I replaced the Snapstream (snapstream.exe's) DLL with the X10generic drivers and it works perfectly now!
