It is reported as the same from the firmware (02813 = 02811) so there is no difference except that the text in the event from my plugin could be updated to include also 02813 as possible sensor

krambriw , again , thank you for this plugin . been using it for almost 6 months without a single problem 24/7 (LightwaveRF + PT2262).
one question please . Is there a way to increase RFXtrx433E transmission range ? and can I use multiple RFXtrx433E with your plugin?
thanks

I'm not Krambriw, but...I believe you can use more than one instance, bound to separate comports. How much of a range do you need? I may have a better, cheaper and simpler tip for that.

From RFXCOM I have today received the following suggestion:
This antenna will improve the receive/transmit range.
http://www.ebay.com/itm/351269772228
To have the maximum result place the antenna on a metal object at least 30cm round.
Met vriendelijke groet/Best regards,

Do not underestimate having a good ground plane as Bert is advicing

Krambriw, I have to say that the one I listed to beat the Conrad Ground Plane (which many consider the standard) hands down in my tests. I spent hours testing both of them at home and at the cabin, and I have those DAB antennas both places now.

But new stuff is always cool, especially cheap, new stuff! So I ordered the one you linked to, and I will test it against the DAB antenna, and I will try it on my Tellsticks as well. They don't have anywhere near the range of the RFXtrx with my sensors, Oregon or Viking. Maybe this will help.

I'll let you know what I find out! Oh, Right_H, let us know which one of them works best for you!
OT: And Krambriw, if you have the time, I have managed to Python myself into a corner again... So if you have the time, please look at the registry problem in the coding corner... Please?

My son was taking a trip today and went to a shop that sold the Viking for me, so I can now confirm that the 02813 works flawlessly with the new version of the plug-in. Thanks, Krambriw!
